Mahmoud Mawass was born on the 1st of January 1986 in Tripoli/Lebanon.
He joined Fayha Choir as Base singer since 2010. After two years of singing he started to take private lessons in music and conducting with Maestro Barkev Taslakian.
In 2013 he started training “Sonbola Choir”, a Syrian refugees choir in Beqaa valley as an assistant conductor with 200 children.
One year after, also in Beqaa valley he worked with “Social Support Society” as an assistant conductor for another Syrian refugees choir with 100 singer.
In 2016 he became a music teacher at Azm school and the conductor of “Azm Choir”.
He also worked as assistant conductor in 2019 for “Nagham Choir” (a project between two areas with conflict in Tripoli with GIZ, German Cooporation).
Mawass also worked a music trainer for several summer camps in Tripoli.
Finally, he is one of the assistant conductors of Maestro Barkev Taslakian in Fayha Choir.
